Han Xin is a square 2D barcode developed in China. It looks similar to a QR Code, but it encodes Chinese characters more compactly, which makes it the better fit for Chinese text.

There are 84 versions, from 23×23 to 189×189 modules.

Error correction

Han Xin has four error correction levels, which recover roughly 8%, 15%, 23% and 30% of the codewords. Choose a level the same way as for QR Code. See How much error correction should I use?
